   Aureya is operated by a sole proprietor based in Germany. These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.

2. Products
   We sell handcrafted turmeric soap under the name Aureya. Our soaps are plant-based and made with natural ingredients. All product descriptions and information are provided to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice.

3. Prices & Payment
   All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due at checkout and can be made using the available payment methods on our website.

4. Shipping
   We ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days.
   Please note: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Returns & Refunds
   You have the right to return your order within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after product inspection and communication with the customer.
